The accommodation
Willow Lodge offers flexible accommodation options. The guest lodge sleeps up to eight and is perfect for short stays or group bookings. The main house is available for commercial hire, ideal for bridal preparation, photoshoots, and other creative projects.
Originally a 1940s stone cottage, the property has been carefully extended over time into a spacious and elegant country retreat. For more than 30 years, it has hosted both local and international guests, providing a memorable setting for special stays and events.

Our history
Willow Lodge, originally a 1940s farm cottage, has transformed into one of Warkworth’s most iconic homes, seamlessly blending Cape Cod charm with modern design. First renovated by one of the town’s earliest solicitors, the lodge has a rich history, hosting retreats, weddings, and distinguished guests. Its beautifully cultivated gardens further reflect the legacy and character of this unique property.
